Intech Southwest provides a large variety of services that revolve around three levels:
Level One: Break/Fix
Level Two: Basic Deployment/Configuration
Level Three: Advanced Deployment/Configuration
Level 1 and part of Level 2 have base flat rates while the other part of Level 2 and all of Level 3 Services require a SOW (Statement of Work) before services begin.
Level 1- Warranty Repair of PC's/ Printing and Imaging Equipment/Server Products. Out of warranty repair is billed at a flat rate of $75.00 per hour for onsite work plus parts.
Level 2- Setup and Installation of computers, servers, laptops, printing and imaging products and basic network equipment. These services may include basic software configuration and/or imaging. Pricing for these services are based either on an hourly rate or flat price per unit. Project based fees are also available upon company discretion.

Intech Southwest requires onsite consultation with our customers before level 3 services can be performed.
