Intech Southwest Services provides the following services to our customers.These include pre-production, production and post-production services unless otherwise covered under a separate agreement.

• Product Staging
  
  Intech Southwest is capable of receiving shipments and/or locally transporting computer goods at our warehouse facilities before implementation is done at the on-site location. This allows finishing services to be performed (asset tagging, imaging, etc.) before the installation is actually performed. In addition to our own warehouse facilities (5,000 square feet), Intech Southwest also has agreements with shipping companies for additional warehousing space (20,000 square feet) in the event of very large staging requirements prior to deployment.

• Asset Tagging
  
  Intech Southwest has asset tagging equipment on hand that we use to create asset tags for our customers if needed or not provided by the customer. Intech Southwest will un-box all of the selected product, asset tag the product and then scan the information into either a database or spreadsheet (customer choice) matching it up with purchase order or pre-designated asset information. Custom Asset Tag creation is an option for our customers and we maintain software for tag creation to customer specification.

• Custom Imaging
  
  Intech Southwest can create a computer image based upon the computer load presented to us by the customer and replicate that image to multiple systems before deployment. Intech Southwest uses Symantec Altiris Imaging as well as Ghost and even Bit by Bit drive duplication technology for larger images to accomplish this goal. Intech Southwest maintains multiple images for our customers in certain cases.

• Integration
  
  Intech Southwest has a fully trained technical staff with HP and Dell certifications. We are capable to custom integration for upgrade components such as video cards, memory and hard drives during the staging process.

• Repair

Intech Southwest is a fully authorized HP and Dell Authorized Repair Center. Any DOA product can be repaired before it reaches our customers.

• Transport

Intech Southwest maintains a local fleet of vehicles capable of palletized transport of hundreds of desktop and laptop CPUS at a time within the South Texas area.                                                          

• Installation

Intech Southwest has an experienced technical and installation crew.. Installation begins with unloading and localized staging within the selected location. Deployments are done one wing at a time and involve setting up the computer, monitor and/or laptop with docking station components. Keyboards, mice, printers, scanners and other accessories are included within this process. Wire management and consolidation is utilized to provide end user satisfaction. Connectivity of the client to the server is performed as a last step of installation and includes running scripts or downloading necessary software to the CPU. We have successfully installed over 300 systems per day with a full work crew.

• Trash Removal

Intech Southwest removes all trash from the customer site including unwanted documentation, Styrofoam, cardboard and plastic wrapping material. This material is recycled when possible. It is the experience of Intech Southwest that using customer dumpsters presents problems so we maintain the burden of trash removal.

• Inventory

Intech Southwest scans all installed systems and matches the room numbers with Asset Tags/Serial numbers in a pre-described method agreed upon by the customer. An Excel or database format is presented to the customer for asset tracking purposes. Intech Southwest provides this data to the customer and retains a copy within our records as well.

• Custom Installation

Intech Southwest has experience with customer mounting solutions that may be necessary such as locks, science equipment and computer furniture.
